This hip Asian eatery from the Olive group of restaurants has a loyal clientele visiting its Lodhi Colony outpost. A must-try on the menu is the Hokkaido miso ramen with a spicy dashi broth and toppings, Cha Shu ramen – a 72-hour simmered soy-flavoured pork stock that uses a traditional method of cooking the meat, five-mushroom suimono ramen that’s served with butter-sautéed mushrooms and dashi stock, and a rich, creamy chicken paiten ramen also features on the menu. If you’re craving some authentic Japanese flavours, Manami will fix you up with its compact selection of eats. A simple Negisio ramen is served with spring onion in a salt-based soup, and you also have the shoyu ramen in a simmering soy-based broth.
