Clare Crawley and Dale Moss from The Bachelorette revealed on The Bachelor Happy Hour podcast that they are already talking about having babies.
Now that Clare Crawley and Dale Moss have left The Bachelorette, the reality TV couple is already planning to have babies.
Clare and Dale fell hard for each other fast during The Bachelorette season 16. From the moment Dale stepped out of the limo, Clare knew he was the one she wanted to marry. After just a couple of weeks of filming, Clare decided that she no longer wanted to date the other men. She preferred to focus on her relationship with Dale. The couple shared their first one-on-one together; they had a romantic dinner and said “I love you.” The next day, Dale got down on one knee and proposed to Clare. She (of course) said yes. and the pair are now happily engaged. Are babies the natural next step?

During an interview together on the Bachelor Happy Hour podcast with Becca Kufrin and Rachel Lindsay, Clare admitted that Dale does not scare easily, which is something she loves about him. According to Us Weekly, Clare revealed that the pair are constantly talking about having children. “I talk about babies all the time and he’s like, ‘Yeah, that’s what I want.’ I’ll remind him of things all the time, you know, ‘I’m not getting any younger!’…he’s like, ‘You think I don’t know this? Yeah, let’s do this.‘” Despite a lot of fans believing that Dale and Clare are moving too fast, the couple is ready for whatever life has in store. Dale admitted to the hosts that, as long as he has Clare by his side, he is ready for anything. He is looking forward to having “so many babies” with Clare as they start building a life together.
Both Clare and Dale knew from the moment they locked eyes that this was a relationship to last a lifetime. Now that the couple is getting ready to start a family, they are completely aware of the difficulties their biracial children may face in the future. “This has come up naturally in our conversation,” 32-year-old Dale explained. “There’s no judgment, there’s no worry, and that’s what’s so important about having a relationship and building this…There’s things that have come up where Clare has come directly and asked me, ‘What’s the best way that I should approach this? Or what is respectful?‘”
As a child growing up in South Dakota, Dale Moss faced many prejudices in his life that have made him the man that he is today. He revealed that his mother was disowned by her family for marrying a black man. He grew up in a predominately white neighborhood where he was not welcome in his friends’ homes. Clare acknowledged that she will never understand some of Dale’s experiences, but is thankful to have Dale and to learn about his perspective. The 39-year-old realizes that their children will be of mixed race and will have to face certain obstacles in life, but she is hoping that by the time their children are grown, there will be a lot more progress in the world.
Even though Clare Crawley and Dale Moss have only been engaged for a short period of time, these two are ready to take the next big step in their The Bachelorette relationship: parenthood.
